GENERAL CONDITIONS
The consumer agrees not to use contact lenses until he has read and fully understood the Guide to the Proper Use of the Contact Lenses, as well as the warnings, precautions and risks associated with their use as described in the purchased packaging. The consumer for any doubt, consultation and, where necessary, examination of contact lenses, can contact one of our specialists by writing an e-mail to the address in the contact section. In addition, by purchasing the products on OCCHIALI4YOU.IT, it is implicitly stated that:
- You are over 18 years old,
- The product ordered corresponds to the prescription of your ophthalmologist,
- An ophthalmologist has been consulted in advance on the suitability and compatibility of the product purchased,
- L’OTTICO DI MASSA SAS is relieved of any responsibility related to the purchase of an ineligible product,
- You have undergone the periodic checks provided for by your ophthalmologist and the optometrist, each for their respective fields and competences.
All products for sale on www.occhiali4you.it comply with EEC legislation, contact lenses comply with the provisions and fundamental safety requirements imposed on the manufacturer by Directives 93/42/EEC, 90/385/EEC and 98/79/EEC on medical devices, ensuring the originality of the products. These general conditions apply to all purchases made on www.occhiali4you.it and language subdomains. By confirming the order, the buyer declares that he agrees and expressly accepts these general terms and conditions.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Have you changed your mind? No problem, the Customer has the right to withdraw within 15 days from the delivery date.
Products must be returned to the following address:

Within 5 days of the return notice.

In case of replacement or return of the product, the customer will have a period of 15 days from the date of delivery and must notify us by writing an e-mail to info@vistaesole.it informing us of the reason why he wishes to make the return.
The return costs will be borne by the customer and the package must be traceable (with tracking code). The integrity of purchased products returned unused, with their original labels and in their original boxes is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal or cancellation. In the case of return of sunglasses or eyeglasses, any seal and integrity must still be applied to the glasses.
Personalised products cannot be refunded.
If the shipping box appears damaged or tampered with, Customers are requested to refuse delivery. We will not be able to handle reports of deliveries accepted with damaged or tampered boxes.
We remind you to check that the goods meet your expectations before THROWING or RUINING the packaging, in this case we will no longer be able to accept a possible return.
Pursuant to Article 55, paragraph 2, letter c), of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005), of cancellation or return is excluded in the case of orders of personalised products. Until proof of delivery to our warehouse, the shipment is under the full responsibility of the customer. Amevista is not liable for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipping. Cancelling an order under the Consumer Contracts Regulation Depending on the place of residence, the customer may choose to cancel the order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) 2013 Regulations (CCRs). If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 15 days of the date of arrival of your order by following the instructions above.
We will initiate the process of refunding the price of the product for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods at our warehouse, provided that the date of receipt is within the time indicated above.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you have received a defective, damaged or item that does not match the ordered model, please contact customer service as soon as possible and no later than 5 days from receipt of your order.
In case of replacement, we will proceed as soon as possible to the collection of the faulty / wrong goods and send the replacement item. In this case, the collection will be at our expense; the gratuitousness of the same will not be guaranteed if you opt for the return of the goods only.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND GUARANTEES
ALL of our items are guaranteed to be authentic. L’OTTICO DI MASSA SAS assumes no responsibility for health damage related to the use of contact lenses caused by inefficient and poor maintenance or misuse of lens cleaning products. The customer undertakes to order only contact lenses that have been previously recommended by a specialist (optometrist ophthalmologist-optician) or that have already been worn without tolerability problems. Any damage caused by improper use of the lenses cannot be compensated. We strongly advise Clients to undergo regular eye checks with an ophthalmologist and optometric examinations at an optical centre specialising in contact lenses. Boxes purchased without a prescription, opened and used cannot be refunded. MASS OPTICS is not responsible for any manufacturing defects, for which the manufacturer is solely responsible.
Eyeglasses and sunglasses can be returned within the terms required by law or replaced only if any warranty seal has not been removed by the customer.
Invoicing
The Tax document is inserted within the shipment with the ordered goods.
