SHIPPING TIME
Orders are shipped from L'OTTICO DI MASSA SAS , Monday to Friday with hours 8:00 - 16:00.
Orders received from 13:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
All items available from the logistics warehouse are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of the order.
If items are not in stock, waiting times will be communicated to you by email. Timing is indicative and may vary depending on the availability of our supplier.
TRACKABILITY OF THE SHIPMENT
When the order is shipped, the courier in charge will send customers an email containing the shipping number and tracking link. Please check the spam folder of your email.
